2. Orders
All orders placed through the Beauty Rehab website are subject to product availability and acceptance by Beauty Rehab.
Once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been processed, the order is considered final.
Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed.
Please carefully review your shipping information, product selection, and order details before completing your purchase.
Beauty Rehab is not responsible for incorrect addresses or information entered by the customer at checkout.
3. Final Sale Policy
All Beauty Rehab purchases are FINAL SALE.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for refunds based on change of mind, incorrect selection, improper care, or personal preference.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and available information before purchasing.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want every customer to receive their Beauty Rehab order in proper condition.
If your order arrives damaged or you believe you received an incorrect item, you must contact Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery.

Beauty Rehab may review the submitted information to determine whether the issue qualifies for a replacement, exchange, or other approved resolution.
Claims submitted after the 48-hour reporting period may not be eligible for resolution.
5. Exchanges
Because all purchases are final sale, exchanges are not automatically guaranteed.
An exchange may be considered only if approved by Beauty Rehab Customer Service.
If an exchange is approved, Beauty Rehab will provide instructions regarding the exchange process.
Customers should not ship products back without receiving approval and instructions from Customer Service.
6. Product Care
Customers are responsible for properly caring for their Beauty Rehab products after delivery.
Damage resulting from improper installation, styling, coloring, bleaching, cutting, excessive heat, improper storage, improper washing, or other customer handling may not qualify as a product defect.
Beauty Rehab is not responsible for damage caused after the product has been received by the customer.
7. Shipping
Beauty Rehab offers shipping options displayed at checkout.
Overnight Priority Shipping may be available for eligible orders and destinations.
Selecting overnight shipping does not guarantee same-day order processing unless otherwise specifically stated on the website.
Shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of Beauty Rehab’s control.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier delays are outside of Beauty Rehab’s direct control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
