Processing Time
All orders require 3 business days for processing before shipment. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: Processing times may increase during sales, holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods.
Shipping
We offer standard and overnight shipping options at checkout.
- Overnight shipping is available if selected at checkout.
- Overnight shipping applies to delivery time only and does not waive the 3-business-day processing period.
- Shipping timelines begin once the order has been processed and dispatched.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout, or lost/stolen packages marked as delivered. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery-related issues.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final on:
- Worn wigs
- Tried-on wigs
- Used bundles
- Altered, colored, cut, or customized items
Hair products are considered hygienic goods. Once worn, installed, or tampered with, they cannot be resold.
Refund Policy
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted via email to our customer support team.
To be eligible for consideration:
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery
- Item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging
- Lace must not be cut
- Hair must not be combed, brushed, installed, or manipulated
Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be reviewed or approved.
If a return is approved:
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- A restocking fee will apply
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our policy requirements.
Order Issues
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may void eligibility for resolution.
